Stuart Meurer - As President and CEO of Windover Construction, Stuart provides leadership for the firm and is integral to ensuring operational excellence across all project teams. Dedicated to service and collaboration, Stuart focuses Windover’s teams and resources on the needs of clients to deliver a tailored, thoughtful approach to every project. From complex historic renovations to volumetric modular construction, Stuart supports his teams to deliver innovative solutions from the inception of a design concept through the post-occupancy building performance review. Stuart’s experience includes planning, designing, and constructing projects to meet his client’s program needs. His focus is beyond just what we build, but how we build. Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Northeastern University. He has developed his construction career over the past 35 years by managing a wide range of project types, including environmental remediation, historic restoration, and construction of academic, institutional, commercial, and residential facilities. Regardless of the project type, he focuses on driving results collaboratively. He is also active with many charitable organizations in Massachusetts and Haiti along with serving on local Boards.
