Conor Flanagan

Director, Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC

Conor Flanagan is a tax director in Citrin Cooperman's Boston Metro office with 13 years of experience. 

Conor provides audit and tax experience to his clients, mainly in the construction industry. He advises general contractors and sub-contractors with a focus on pass-through entities. 

Previously, Conor worked at Kirkland Albrecht and Fredrickson, P.C. ("KAF"), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.

Outside of the office Conor is an avid sports fan, enjoys spending time with his family, and staying active.

Corey McCusker

Director, Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC

Corey McCusker is a director in the firm's Braintree office with nine years of experience in public accounting, providing accounting, audit, tax, and business advisory services, primarily in the construction industry.

His responsibilities include performing financial statement audits and reviews of general contractors and subcontractors, including evaluation of internal controls, financial reporting and compliance, and construction specific tax planning. 

Corey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and Surety Association of Massachusetts (SAM). 

In his free time, Corey enjoys traveling, basketball and golf. 

Jeff Rogers

Director, Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC

Jeff Rogers is a tax director in Citrin Cooperman's Boston Metro offices. He has over 15 years of public accounting experience working with businesses of all sizes with a focus on closely held, family owned businesses and their owners. 

Jeff has significant experiences in the construction industry helping businesses and their owners with income tax and sales and use tax matters. His tax planning services focus on identifying all available tax credit and incentives, utilizing the most advantageous tax accounting methods, and helping clients navigate and make best use of the real estate professional tax status. 

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2021, Jeff was previously a tax partner at regional and national CPA firms. 

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). 

Jeff is also a Board Member at Danvers American Little League volunteers with Danvers Youth Soccer and a coach at New England Sports. 

Jeff lives in Danvers, MA with his wife Kellie and children, Raegan and Aaron. They love to travel with Disney World being their favorite vacation destination. Jeff enjoys spending time at the sports fields on the weekend watching his kids play football, soccer, baseball, and basketball and he donates his time to those activities.
