Cafco Construction Management LLC
Joe is the Chief Financial Officer of Cafco Construction Management LLC, and has more than 30 years of experience in construction financial management. Cafco is a ‘small’ company with 35 employees, and Joe is responsible for managing not only the Accounting and Finance function, but contract/legal matters as well as the HR and IT functions. Joe has a BS in Accounting from Babson College.
Joe has been a member of the Massachusetts chapter of CFMA since 1991 and served in all officer roles at the chapter level. Joe has served nationally on the Leadership Committee, served on and chaired the Conference Planning Committee, the Education Steering Committee, Finance Committee, and the Investment Committee, and was a member of the CEO Search Committee. Joe was selected to receive the Joe Quigley Award in 2006, and the Debra Hahn Award in 2018. He also served for three years on the Executive Committee, as well as National Treasurer, Vice Chair, and is a Past National Chairman.

Linda has been involved in CFMA since 2007. Linda serves the Maine Chapter as an officer and past committee member and the MA Chapter as a past Scholarship Committee member. Linda also currently serves CFMA National as a member of the Emerging Issues Committee and was a member of ICCIFP's Application and Eligibility Committee. She joined BerryDunn in 1988 and earned her CCIFP credential in 2010. Linda's love for the construction industry helped guide her all the way through her career at BerryDunn and she now serves as the firm's Construction Practice Leader. "As a CPA serving construction clients, I highly value the network formed and the access CFMA provides as a member not only to construction companies' finance professionals but also to sureties, bonding agents, lenders, software representatives and others also serving the industry.
